2. Allocation

Access to the allocation is granted via the waitlist. Any order suspected of violating allocation limits, involving shared access links, or circumventing purchasing protocols may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Payments and pricing

All payments are securely processed through the Bank of Georgia. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Prices are displayed and charged in the currency indicated at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Global shipping and customs

The allocation price includes global courier shipping to Europe and the USA. Orders are dispatched on Sundays. Deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 days and include tracking. All international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). The buyer handles customs clearance on arrival. Local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer's sole responsibility. Abandoned packages due to unpaid customs will not be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for verifying that the import of raw honey is permitted in their destination country before placing an order. Mosiashvili cannot be held responsible for shipments seized, delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs.

5. Product characteristics

Mosiashvili honey is raw, wild-foraged, and never heat-treated. Natural crystallization will occur over time. This is a sign of raw honey and is not a product defect. Variations in viscosity, colour, and precise flavour notes between harvests are natural and are not considered defects.
