The annual yield is limited to 500 kg. Access to the allocation is granted exclusively via the waitlist. Any order suspected of violating allocation limits, involving shared access links, or circumventing purchasing protocols may be cancelled and refunded.
All international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). The allocation price includes global express courier shipping. Local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer's sole responsibility. Abandoned packages due to unpaid customs will not be refunded.
Buyers are responsible for verifying that the import of raw honey is permitted in their destination country before placing an order. Australia and New Zealand impose strict biosecurity restrictions on raw, unprocessed honey — buyers in these countries should confirm current import conditions with their national biosecurity authority before ordering. Mosiashvili cannot be held responsible for shipments seized or destroyed by customs.
Mosiashvili honey is raw, wild-foraged, and never heat-treated. Natural crystallization will occur over time — this is the sign of raw honey and is not a product defect. Variations in viscosity, colour, and precise flavour notes vary between harvests and are not considered defects.
