Due to the raw, consumable nature of honey and food safety requirements, returns and exchanges are not accepted once a jar has been shipped. Every allocation is final. Storage conditions after dispatch cannot be verified, and jars cannot be restocked.
Each jar is sealed in Miron violet glass. In the rare event that an allocation arrives damaged, please contact info@mosiashvili.com within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time, with a clear photograph of the damaged item and shipping box. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued or, if allocation allows, a replacement jar from the next available harvest.
Mosiashvili honey is raw and unfiltered. Natural crystallization, variations in colour, and differences in texture between harvests are signs of raw honey that has never been heated or processed. These are not defects and are not grounds for a refund.
All international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). The allocation price includes global express courier shipping. Local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees are the buyer's sole responsibility. Packages abandoned due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded.
Buyers are responsible for confirming that the import of raw honey is permitted in their destination country. Australia and New Zealand impose strict biosecurity restrictions on raw, unprocessed honey. Mosiashvili cannot be held responsible for packages seized or destroyed by customs authorities.
