Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final / Food Safety

Due to the unpasteurized, consumable nature of honey and strict food safety protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a jar has been shipped. Every allocation is final. We cannot verify the storage conditions of jars that have left our control, and thus they cannot be restocked.

Damaged in Transit

Our jars are secured in premium Miron Violetglass. In the rare event that your allocation arrives damaged or broken, you must contact us at info@mosiashvili.com within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time. Please include a clear photograph of the damaged item and the shipping box. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or, if allocation allows, a replacement jar.

Natural Variations & Crystallization

Our honey is a 100% raw, unfiltered botanical product harvested at 1,500 – 1,800 meters. Natural crystallization, variations in color, and slight differences in texture are absolute guarantees of its purity and lack of heat treatment. These natural occurrences do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a refund.

Customs, Duties, and Abandoned Packages

All international orders are shipped Delivery At Place (DAP). The purchase price of $195 includes global shipping, but does not cover local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for these charges. If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs because the buyer refuses to pay local import duties, no refund will be issued.
